Home Movie Day to be held this weekend at the Museum of History & Industry

It's time to round up your home movies for the public's viewing pleasure at Home Movie Day, an international event that celebrates vintage films of all types.

Bring them down to the Museum of History & Industry, 2700 24th Ave. E., on the day of the event -- Saturday from 1-4 p.m. -- then sit back and enjoy continuous screenings of movies that celebrate those special moments of everyday life.

Anything originally shot on 8 mm, Super 8mm or 16 mm (including film-to-video transfers) is welcome. The film fest is free with general museum admission, $7 adult and $5 senior and youth.
